a habitrail was a toy in the 70's that was basically a series of colorful transparent plastic tubes that connected clear plastic boxes. The were used as homes for hamsters.

This is my last run through for an important class. Advanced Game prototyping.
I need an idea for a level. I'm tapped out at the moment.
Doesn't have to be a huge level or anything. Or furry-based. Better if it isn't furry-based.
I need something to wow my teacher and such. I'm gonna be tossing this request on all forums I go through, and evaluating the top 5, which I'll repost for everyone to vote on.
[Basically, yer all helping me with a major homework project that might just help me get a damn job later on. I just need ideas and suggestion. No actual 'work' done on your part, unless you want to do sketches and crap. Which I'd need signed permissions to utilize in 3d design and texturing.]
My last idea was a small grassy beach area with a oriental theme temple on it. [I hate working in Unreal. It's goofy.] If I can scrounge enough loot, I'm getting Prey today, and going to ATTEMPT to learn the engine in 3 days. Hard-core. Foot to ass time.
Alternately you could try for something 'inner-space' - the inside of an ear, the inside of a heart, a series of veins - imagine a planet that IS a living being, what would the tunnels look like, how would the landscape pulse, what sort of greenery (or redery, as it were) would grow on it?

Is this level like, a showoff to impress people of what you're capable of?
Perhaps a cabin in the woods, misty, lots of ambient sound and you have a lot of different oppertunities for interesting texture. I dunno.
